Captain Mike brings a lifetime of experience, leadership, and knowledge to every journey. His love for boating spans over 50 years, but it truly took root during his time with the Green Bay Police Department Marine Unit. During his time in the unit he served as Team Leader where he developed and implemented comprehensive training programs for fellow officers — ensuring safety, professionalism, and operational excellence on the water.

 

In addition to his captain duties, you'll frequently find Captain Mike cruising the open water or enjoying a day of fishing. When he’s not navigating the waves, you’ll often find him embracing the outdoors — spending time in a tree stand during hunting season or riding his Harley. He also enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters, and future son-in-laws.
